​Every item is made to order, crafted with care once your purchase is placed. This process takes time — but your patience ensures you receive a piece that’s made just for you with attention to every detail.​

Orders ship once production is complete.
A tracking email will be sent when your order is dispatched.
We ship worldwide, and delivery timeframes can vary based on your location and postal service.
Please note that once a parcel has shipped, we can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

REFUNDS

Because each item is made to order, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or cancellations for change of mind once production has begun.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at Contact@domeworldwide.com with photos and details.
We’ll review the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.
